Surviving the Holidays: GriefShare and DivorceCare programs

If you’re going through the heartache of grief, separation or divorce, the holiday season can be especially painful.
Grief Share and Divorce Care are two seminars that will help participants navigate the challenges of the holiday season. Participants will discover how to deal with emotions, what to do about traditions, helpful tips for surviving social and family events and how to find hope for the future.
These programs are tailored to the needs of participants as the holidays approach.
Both programs are offered Saturday morning November 3, 2024. Each program meets 10:00-noon .
GriefShare will meet in A101 and DivorceCare will meet in A108.
