Mature Ladies Exercise Class

An event every week that begins at 2:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until December 15, 2022
All ladies mid-60’s and up are invited to join us every Tuesday and Thursday from 2-3 p.m. in A123 for a video-based standing/sitting in a chair exercise class that is focused on core strength, balance, endurance, and stretching. Class is led by Carolyn McMillan. Bring weights, a stretchy band, a mat if desired, and water. No charge to attend.
