Heartfelt Moms Registration 2026-2027

February 5 - August 1

The Heartfelt Ministry is designed to build relationships between the generations, with a group of older women hosting and loving on a group of younger women.  It is made of Heart Moms and Heart Sisters who come together to share life stories, have a meal together and learn from each other.

Here is what you need to know about being a Heart Mom:

  • They can be married, widowed or single women of that age.
  • They plan and prepare the evening, giving the Sisters an example of hosting and allowing them night free of responsibilities. The evening consists of dinner, either life stories or devotional, optional craft or activity, and prayer time.
  • They can choose one to three friends to be Moms with them, or they can choose to be placed randomly with a group of Moms.
  • The evening should last approximately two hours with start times typically between 6:00 and 6:30 (the Moms in each group decide which time works best for most of their group).
  • A Moms meeting on Sunday, August 9, 3:00- 4:30 p.m. in A105/106 should answer any questions, with time at the end for Moms to meet with their Heart Mom group.
  • A Kick Off Dinner is Monday, August 24, 6:30-8 p.m. in Fellowship Central. Moms will come at 6:00. Details will be at the Heart Mom meeting.
  • Registration is open now and will close on August 1.

Some changes from previous years:

  • Heartfelt will kick off in August and this year will end in April instead of May.
  • Heartfelt will officially be offered every other year, starting this year.
  • The first two months of Heartfelt will involve sharing life stories, dinner, optional craft or activity, and prayer time.  One month is designated as a service project month (we will provide ideas).
  • The other months will include devotional (provided), dinner, optional craft or activity, and prayer time.
  • We are limiting the number of Sisters to match up with how many Moms we have so …. We NEED Moms to insure we have enough groups for all the many young women who would like to be a part of this program.
  • You can choose to work with from just one other Mom up to three other Moms.
