This is a group guitar class for complete beginners, and for those who would like to start again because “it’s been a while”! There is something special about learning how to play guitar with a group of people.
Lee Langdon will be teaching this class in the Summit S1 room. Students will learn basic guitar chords, basic strumming, and some basic music theory. Each week the class will learn together a new Beatles song, formatted simply enough for all students to join in. I think you might be surprised how fun this class will be playing music together!
This class is for all ages, old and young. You’re never too old to learn a new instrument!
Parents: please note that any person younger than youth group age (below 6th grade) will need to have a parent with them for the entire class.
Note for all students: Every student will need to have their own guitar, guitar picks, and capo.
