Is Jesus coming soon? Are we living in the end times? What will happen when Jesus comes back? What are the signs of the end? Does God have a plan for this world? Is everything going to be burned? If you’re interested in the man of lawlessness, the number of the beast, the antichrist, or the final chapters of God’s story, then you will enjoy this class.
Our church has sung hymns for decades. Where do these songs come from? Who wrote them? What stories and life experiences inspired these hymns? Come and find answers that will help us glorify God in every song.
The Church in Galatia was tempted to accept a different gospel, which is no gospel at all. They are confused and some false teachers are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ. But Paul is not trying to win the approval of men. He wants to win the approval of God as a servant of Christ. Come and find out what Paul writes about the true gospel and how he corrects the Church in Galatia.
Our annual fall women’s speaker series will explore ten characteristics of God found in Jen Wilkin’s book, In His Image. We can, through Christ, be a more perfect reflection of the image of God. You can find the schedule at mrcc.org/women. No registration is needed!
Would you like help sustaining a habit of daily Bible reading? This class is based on the chronological reading plan called “The Bible Recap,” which provides an opportunity to build that habit and go deeper with weekly discussion. Jump in and join us in the Fall quarter through the end of the year. This quarter will be picked up at Jeremiah 23-40. No registration is required.
This year, CWBS is studying Daniel, Ezra, and Nehemiah. CWBS does not meet through the holiday season (Thanksgiving through the New Year). Study guides may be purchased on the first day of class for $15. Please register at www.mrcc.org/cwbs.
This class exists to equip Christian men to mature in their faith. We want men at Memorial Road to grow in virtue, be transformed into the image of Christ, and be celebrated at the end of their lives as good men. This class also exists with a secondary goal: we want prepare men to be excellent elders, not merely acceptable elders. Based on the book The Measure of a Man by Gene Getz.
This class meets for one one-on-one or small group conversations centered on discussion of short texts from a simplified English translation of the Bible. Internationals are paired with native English speakers to improve language skills, share their stories, and develop friendships while talking about God, culture, and life. Anyone is welcome.
The HUB is a vibrant community where single and married young adults in their 20s and 30s come together for fellowship, worship, and service. Join us as we follow Jesus in every facet of our lives and connect with others on this journey.

This class is designed to support foster and adoptive families within our church and community. It is a time for foster and adoptive parents to connect, share, and find encouragement. Foster & adopted kids tutoring 1st-5th grade is available from 5:15-6:15 each week starting September 30. There is limited space, so contact mrccfoster@gmail.com.
Mitch joined Memorial’s staff in 2023 as the Adult Education Minister. He works with the Sunday morning Bible classes, helps organize small groups, teaches, and writes curricula. Mitch and his wife Allison moved from Texas with their three children, Evelyn, Simon, and Mary Elizabeth.
Sarah has worked at MRCC since June of 2021. She assists Mitch East and Lee Langdon with the Adult Education, Small Groups, and Young Adult ministries in day to day tasks.
She graduated with a bachelor’s in organizational communications from Oklahoma Christian in 2009.
Sarah and Matt have been married since 2012 and have two sons and a daughter. Sarah Loves being around a pool and teaching others to swim in her free time.
