DESCRIPTION:If you’re going through the heartache of grief\, the holiday season can be especially painful. \nOur Surviving the holidays seminar will help participants navigate the challenges of the holiday season. Participants will discover how to deal with emotions\, what to do about traditions\, helpful tips for surviving social and family events and how to find hope for the future. \nThis program is tailored to the needs of participants as the holidays approach. \nWe will meet Friday morning\, November 21 at 10:00-11:30. Jill Nichols will be leading the program.
