Join Us For Bible Class
Campus Bible Class meets at 9:35 in S1 in the Summit building. Feel free to attend first or second worship at 8:15 or 10:45.
During the school year, we offer free weekly dinners at 6:00 in S1 and the Campus Lounge, both located in the Summit building. Class follows from 6:30 – 7:30 in S1.
Our Sunday morning series for the fall semester focuses on what it means to be the be the Body of Christ. We will explore God’s plan for His Church and our own unique places in the body God is building right here at Memorial Road. Our Wednesday night teaching is all student-led. This semester we are focusing on the “Mission of God” and the “Fruit of the Spirit.”
If you’d like to receive text message updates from the College Ministry, text @mrcccampus to the number 81010.
The Campus Lounge, located on the south side of the Summit building, is open from 9 – 5, Monday through Friday, for coffee breaks, a place to relax, do homework, or casually fellowship. If you’d like to schedule a time to meet with one of our campus ministers, feel free to reach out to either Jay Mack or Hudson Hutchinson.
Each year, during the fall, we welcome new and old college students from all over the metro into our ministry. We know that connection into community is important – please consider helping these students feel at home in our area by adopting one or two or ten! They will love having a chance to get away from campus for an occasional meal, perhaps a chance to do laundry but most of all to just connect to families in our area who will encourage them.
As the school year begins, we ask that teams of about three families team up to adopt a small group of students. You will then be matched with a small group of students and get to meet them shortly after classes start. After this, your team can plan times to get together as a group.
A sign-up form will be available during times we are asking for volunteers. In the meantime, if you are interested in becoming an adoptive family team or have any questions, please contact Debbie Carter or one of the Campus Ministers, Jay Mack or Hudson Hutchinson.
