There is something special about learning how to play guitar with a group of people. \nLee Langdon will be teaching this class in the Summit S1 room. Students will learn basic guitar chords\, basic strumming\, and some basic music theory. Each week the class will learn together a new Beatles song\, formatted simply enough for all students to join in. I think you might be surprised how fun this class will be playing music together! \nThis class is for all ages\, old and young. DESCRIPTION:Healing from divorce is not easy. It’s a long and painful process. The road of recovery should not be traveled alone.  \nDivorceCare is a special weekly seminar and support group for people who are separated or divorced.  It’s a place where you can be around people who understand what you are feeling. The weekly meetings include education and discussion about healing from the hurt of separation or divorce\, as well as a time to gain support. \n\n\n\nOur next fall series launches September 10\, 2025.  We will meet in room A 111 6:30-7:30 on Wednesdays this fall. \n\n\n\nChildren are invited to attend our Wednesday evening bible class for their age group while parents are in DivorceCare. DESCRIPTION:This year for our Memorial Road Church of Christ traditional Thanksgiving Day in the City we are going to be delivering Thanksgiving meal boxes on Wednesday\, November 26\, 2025.  We will focus on locations throughout Edmond\, Oklahoma City\, and the surrounding area. \nThose receiving the meal boxes should expect to receive their boxes between 11 AM and 12:30 PM on Wednesday\, November 26.  Each box will contain the common foods needed for a Thanksgiving meal\, including a ham or turkey as the meat. \nWe need lots of volunteers on the morning of Wednesday\, November 26 to deliver meal boxes.
