Debbie Carter

Debbie was raised in the "big" town of Maysville, OK. She received a commercial art degree from UCO. In 1979 Debbie married Kim Carter, also from Maysville, who is the state’s Homeland Security Director. They have two children. Christopher and his wife have a son and is a corporate lawyer in Tulsa. Lezlie is the program manager for Junior Achievement. Debbie will use any excuse to make chocolate chip cookies!
