Every one of us has a grievance story, a hurtful event perpetrated by someone who mattered in our lives. And for most of us, that hurt simply will not go away.

Enter Forgiveness.

While we have been taught that we count on the Lord’s forgiveness for our very salvation and we are taught to forgive others, we find a need to be shown how and why to forgive.

Forgiveness does not balance the scales of justice, but it benefits us in countless ways. NOT forgiving creates an inner anger, sometimes observable but often unseen, that impacts our relationships and affects our emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Anger kills …every day… through ailments such as depression, addiction, stress, and heart disease. Yet it’s victims often never really know what hit them. Though there is no quick fix for this silent killer, there is a God-given solution we need to be more focused on: forgiveness.

Join us for a two hour video simulcast Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 9:30.

Using his years of study in the behavioral sciences, observation of patients and his own published scientific studies, Dr. Tibbits provides a wealth of practical advice, proven by science, to help us learn and LIVE a life of forgiveness. Dr. Tibbits will present medical research demonstrating how forgiveness can change our physical health and our spiritual wellbeing.

Plan to:

  • Discover what forgiveness does and doesn't mean
  • Steps to reframe our grievance story
  • Learn how forgiveness can lower blood pressure and improve health
  • Learn benefits of healthy anger vs. anger that is harmful
  • Find freedom, peace and strength you’ve never had

It is our hope that our participants will come to realize that forgiveness is a way of life that can enrich our relationships and save our lives, physically and spiritually.

Free to attend.    Invite guests to register and attend with you.
