Center for Women’s Bible Study
“Becoming A Woman After God’s Heart”

We will resume our weekly study of 1 Samuel on Thursday, January 14, 2010 at 9:30 am at MRCC. CWBS includes daily personal study which includes homework, weekly small group discussion, and monthly lectures. This format deepens our Biblical understanding and draws us closer to God.

Through the historical narrative this fall, we’ve discovered God’s sovereign plan in the lives of Hannah, Samuel, Saul and Jonathan. In January we will begin looking at David, a man after God’s own heart.

Here are a few comments from women who have participated in CWBS this fall:
  • “This is the best Bible study I’ve ever been a part of.”
  • “I learn something new every week and am grateful for the experiences we all share.”
  • “This is just what I was looking for…a Bible study with other women where we apply the Word to our lives.”
  • “Studying 1 Samuel is bringing our minds and attitudes closer to God’s thinking.”

CWBS is a community Bible study for all women. New comers are welcome as we resume in January. For more information, to get a study guide, or to register contact:
